Break Out Sessions
Two, one-hour Break Out sessions conducted by DHA management staff will begin running concurrently from 9:45 a.m. until Noon. One Break Out will cover specific contracting opportunities through DHA’s Housing Management and General Services departments; the other will focus on contracting opportunities with the Real Estate department.
One-on-One Sessions
Open House attendees will also have the opportunity for a ten-minute, one-on-one conversation with a DHA Procurement Services representative and/or an appropriate department representative. These sessions will also begin running concurrently from 9:45 a.m. until Noon.
Areas of business covered in the One-on-One sessions include: Procurement Services, Davis Bacon, Resident & Community |

Services, Housing Management, Real Estate, Section 3 Employment and ARRA contract reporting requirements.
If you are interested in participating in any of the One-on-One sessions, please indicate your choice(s) when you preregister. You will be assigned a time for your session when you check in the morning of the Open House. These sessions will be scheduled on a first come, first serve basis.
Preregistration
Due to limited space, you must preregister in order to participate in this year’s Open House. Please note that every attendee from your company must preregister in order to be included.
